  1. Our Commitment Scaleford Education is committed to the safety and well-being of all students. We align our policies with the UK’s Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.
  2. Teacher Vetting All Scaleford teachers and staff undergo rigorous background checks, including DBS checks (or international equivalents) and reference verification.
  3. Reporting Concerns If a student feels unsafe, or if a parent has a concern about a teacher or another student, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) immediately at: care@scaleford.com.
  4. One-to-One Interactions Private messaging between students and teachers on personal social media is strictly prohibited. All communication must occur via the official Scaleford platform.
