Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cooling-Off Period Under UK law, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
  2. Exception to the Rule If you access digital content (e.g., log in to the LMS, download a PDF) or attend a live session within that 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a full refund.
  3. Course Cancellations
  • More than 7 days before start date: 100% Refund.
  • Less than 7 days before start date: 50% Refund.
  • After course start: No refunds are issued for missed classes or dropping out mid-module.
  1. Rescheduling We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to teacher illness or technical issues. Make-up sessions will be provided.
